1. Introduction

First Mango Ventures, LLC, operating as Funnel Cloud, ("Funnel Cloud", "we," "our," or "us") operates the Funnel Cloud platform at funnel-cloud.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company or team name, and password (stored as a hashed value — we never store your plaintext password). If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

2.2 Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We retain a Stripe customer ID and limited billing metadata (last four digits, card type, billing email) to manage your subscription.

2.3 Service Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service — including calculators you build, features you access, session timing, and interaction patterns. This data is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

2.4 Lead Capture Data (Processed on Your Behalf)

When visitors submit information through a Funnel Cloud calculator you have embedded on your site, we collect and store that data (which may include name, email address, company, phone number, and calculator results) on your behalf. In this context, you are the data controller and we act as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis to collect and process this data.

2.5 Technical Data

We collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and request timing. This is used for security monitoring, troubleshooting, and aggregate analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe
• Send transactional communications (account verification, password reset, billing receipts, service notifications)
• Power AI features you explicitly invoke — such as style matching from a URL, spreadsheet import analysis, and personalized PDF report generation — using the Anthropic API
• Deliver lead capture data and webhook notifications to your configured CRM or endpoint
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Analyze aggregate, de-identified usage patterns to improve our product
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations:

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for 90 days to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then permanently delete it.

Lead capture data stored in your account (calculator conversions) is retained until you delete it or close your account. Backup snapshots may persist for up to 90 days after deletion.

Generated PDF reports stored in Google Cloud Storage are retained according to the account retention schedule above, or until you explicitly delete them.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection / Restriction: Object to or request restriction of certain processing activities
• Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including:

• Encryption at rest for sensitive fields (email addresses, names, lead contact data)
• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Access controls limiting production data access to authorized personnel
• Regular security review of infrastructure and dependencies

8. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States of America. If you access the Service from outside this jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to and processed there. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers of personal data, including the use of standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at support@funnel-cloud.com and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice within the Service before changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
